Job summary

Ollie’s Stores in Sidney, OH seeks a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide a zone of the sales floor and drive merchandising excellence. You’ll lead a team, manage signage, displays, replenishment, and pricing to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will oversee staffing, ensure store standards and inventory processes are followed, and perform open/close duties when needed. Strong supervisory experience and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising procedures for assigned zone, including signage and pricing.
• Oversee staffing for unload/processing and customer service standards.
• Open and close the store as needed and perform Team Leader duties.
• Ensure store standards, inventory processes, and programs meet expectations.
