Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader at Store 203 in Mt Sterling, KY. You will guide a zone of the sales floor, oversee merchandising and customer service, and drive store performance with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets and daily recovery for the assigned zone.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning and inventory processes meet expectations.
• Schedule and staff to ensure effective unload/processing of merchandise and strong customer service; supervise zone associates and communicate directives.
• Perform all Team Leader duties to open/close the store when needed and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
