Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader in Toledo, Ohio to guide a zone of the sales floor, focusing on merchandising and customer service excellence.

You will oversee a team, manage replenishment, pricing, and displays, and ensure a great associate and customer experience. The role requires leadership, merchandising know-how, and the ability to coordinate scheduling, open/close duties, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning/receiving and ensure the sales floor is stocked.
• Schedule and staff for unload/processing of merchandise and drive productivity and service standards.
• Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up.
• Open/close the store as needed and perform additional responsibilities.
