Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a strategic Manager of Retail Workforce Planning to lead labor modeling, forecasting, and scheduling across a multi-unit retail network in Scottsdale, AZ. This newly created role partners with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and store leadership to align staffing with demand and business goals.

You’ll own Dayforce-based scheduling, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while navigating multi-state operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in labor modeling, labor planning, workforce analytics, and retail operations.
• Experience with labor management systems such as Dayforce or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise labor models to align staffing with demand and workload.
• Build forecasting models using sales trends, traffic, promotions, and seasonality.
• Create labor allocation strategies and staffing plans for optimal coverage.
• Establish store staffing profiles by volume and format across locations.
• Collaborate with Finance and Retail Operations to evolve labor standards.
• Lead labor-related initiatives for store openings, remodels, and expansion.
