Job summary

Curaleaf is recruiting a Retail Labor Analytics Manager to drive labor strategy across a multi-unit retail network. You will own forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling processes to align staffing with demand and profitability.

You will partner with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and store leadership to build scalable labor models, dashboards, and standard practices. This is a high-impact, data-driven leadership role in a fast-paced cannabis environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years in labor modeling, planning, analytics, and retail operations.
• Experience managing labor budgets across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of scheduling optimization and forecasting best practices.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise labor models aligned with demand and workload.
• Forecast using sales trends, traffic patterns, and seasonality.
• Create staffing plans and store profiles by format and volume.
• Own workforce management tools like Dayforce and scheduling platforms.
• Analyze productivity metrics and deliver actionable workforce insights.
