Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Manager of Retail Workforce Planning to own labor strategy, forecasting, and scheduling across a multi-unit retail environment. You will partner with Retail Operations, FP&A, HR, and store leadership to build scalable labor models and reporting tools that drive profitability and customer experience.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and implementation of workforce management processes across Curaleaf stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in labor modeling and workforce analytics.
• Experience managing labor budgets across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of scheduling optimization and forecasting best practices.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar WFM systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise labor models aligned to demand and workload.
• Build forecasting models using sales trends, traffic, promotions and seasonality.
• Create labor allocation strategies and staffing plans by store volume and format.
• Lead workforce management and scheduling using Dayforce and other platforms.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports translating workforce data into insights.
