Job summary

RXP Wireless is seeking a Management opportunity in the Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer channel. This role offers uncapped earning potential with base pay of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year and opportunities for both full-time and part-time shifts in a leading US retail wireless environment.

The Sales Manager will drive product sales, handle day-to-day operations, cash handling, and deliver excellent customer service, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two (2) years of relevant field experience may substitute for every one (1) year of required academia.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction daily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, prioritizes tasks and works independently.
• Professional appearance and ability to work early evenings and weekends.
• Willing to attend New Hire Orientation.
• Punctual and on time to all work related activities.
• Coach-able and willing to apply techniques and knowledge.
• Provide an exceptional, best in class, customer experience.
• Willing to prospect customers via warm calls.
• Capable of adapting quickly to industry and company changes.

Responsibilities

• Selling products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meeting current sales metrics.
• Adhering to all sales processes and procedures as established by region and by Corporate.
• Executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals as established within District.
• Handling customer service issues.
• Monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level.
• Maintaining store standards and appearance as established by the District Manager.
• Providing data as requested by DM and completing weekly reports.
• Flexible to work stores within District as needed.
• Adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently in a retail storefront.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the DM.
