Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of related field experience may substitute for academic requirements.
• Strong sales abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Punctual, coachable, and able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet current sales metrics and adhere to regional and corporate processes.
• Execute promotions and achieve sales goals within the district.
• Handle customer service issues and monitor store inventory.
• Maintain store standards and prepare weekly reports for the District Manager.
• Work independently in a retail storefront and support other stores as needed.
