Job summary

RXP Wireless in Davenport is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Verizon Wireless retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a busy store environment.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with product discounts, top-notch training, and both full-time and part-time shifts. Reports to the District Manager; strong sales skills and professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of relevant field experience may substitute for every one year of required academia.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction daily.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and willingness to work early evenings and weekends.
• Willing to attend New Hire Orientation and arrive punctually to all activities.
• Coachable and capable of applying sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and stay current on company communications.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet current sales metrics and goals.
• Adhere to all sales processes and procedures established by region and corporate.
• Execute promotions and achieve district sales targets.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Maintain store standards and appearance as directed by the district manager.
• Provide data and weekly reports as required by management.
• Be flexible to work stores within the district as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and work independently in a retail storefront.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the district manager.
