You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, schedule shifts, drive store performance, and close sales with smart upselling. Total compensation includes hourly pay of $15–$19 plus commissions paid twice a month.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
