Average earnings include base plus twice-monthly commissions, with uncapped potential. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for wireless technology.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with coursework in business, accounting, marketing or management.
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train top-tier sales talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, coaching, and feedback.
• Conduct performance evaluations and guide team development.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Drive store sales and achieve or exceed performance goals.
