Total Wine & More in Knoxville is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist with stocking and merchandising. You will engage with customers, inform them about products, and help with curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.

Role requires 1–3 years in retail or similar; flexibility for evenings/weekends; ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours. Training on wine, spirits, and beer is provided as part of Total Rewards benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
• Maximize product inventory including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver orders and support curbside pickup and delivery services where assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely following company policies.
