Job summary

Total Wine & More in Knoxville is hiring a Cashier to deliver fast, friendly service. You will process transactions, verify IDs, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and help customers find products.

You may also assist as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed. You should be comfortable working evenings and weekends, have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years retail experience, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID checks and payment handling.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service.
• Promote loyalty program and answer questions.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge.
