Job summary

FIG Kosher Phones is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee our growing retail stores and nationwide wholesale division. The role requires hands-on leadership, building structure, supervising managers, and delivering improved performance across locations.

You will work closely with ownership to ensure daily operations run smoothly, implement procedures, and foster a professional, accountable culture. Travel between locations is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations or a multi-site operation.
• Strong ability to supervise managers and department leaders.
• Deep understanding of sales, gross profit, payroll, inventory, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FIG retail stores and the wholesale department.
• Monitor store performance and drive operational improvements.
• Develop and implement procedures, checklists, and reports.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and cultivate accountability.
• Travel between store locations to assess operations and coaching.
• Prepare weekly operations report for ownership.
