Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Retail Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehousing operations for the Retail Department and ensure efficient stock control and safe, compliant processes. You will supervise staff, coordinate with Retail Management, and support merchandising and guest service initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop storage systems and optimize space utilization.
• Coordinate with vendors on shipments and invoicing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff.
• Ensure guest needs are fulfilled quickly and efficiently.
• Lead merchandising and stock accountability for the Retail Department.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Retail Buyer and Managers.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Support promotional efforts and drive sales on the floor.
• Provide accurate product pricing and labeling.
• Handle warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Process information through POS and AP software.
• Promote inclusive, sustainable practices and community engagement.
• Assist in driving hiring and engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as needed.
