Job summary

Grand Teton Lodge Company is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Warehouse Lead to oversee receipt, organization, and distribution of merchandise, guiding the team in daily workload and stock control.

You will act as a key holder for opening/closing, supervise procedures, log shipments, and ensure safety and sustainability standards while coordinating with buyers and managers.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior Retail or Warehouse Experience Preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience Preferred.
  • Must have valid Driver’s License.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead function within warehouse team; provides day-to-day direction.
  • Open/close warehouse as a key holder.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety and sustainability.
  • Log incoming packages on Receiving Log; process Purchase Orders.
  • Use Osprey inventory software to print tickets.
  • Ensure compliance with TRUE Zero Waste protocols.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and storerooms.
  • Coordinate with buyers and year-round team in absence of Warehouse Manager.
