Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 for Warehouse Crew at Keystone Resort, Keystone, CO. This role focuses on receiving, organizing, and delivering retail/rental goods to ensure stores and guests have what they need for the ultimate outdoor experience.

You will work in a fast-paced team setting, with on-the-job training provided. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time hours available and housing options on offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
• Fluent English communication, spoken and written.
• Effective time management to complete store deliveries.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver goods efficiently.
• Learn and assist warehouse functions and tools with training provided.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Gain knowledge in ski/snowboard assembly and retail/rental operations.
• May assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
