Job summary

AgVantage FS is seeking to assist in daily operational duties at the retail facility. The role includes maintaining operations at the location, following the maintenance schedule for equipment, and ensuring accurate inventory and product distribution.

Responsibilities include stock movement, customer service, and collaboration with the location manager on safety and compliance issues, while supporting cost-reduction and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of retail-related work experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic business principles of inventory management and operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location and follow the facility maintenance schedule.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products, and stock/relocate warehouse items.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested and support safety/compliance with location management.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist operations personnel as needed.
• Support efficiency improvements to help meet cost and goal targets.
• Work with the location manager on safety and compliance issues.
