Job summary

AgVantage FS seeks an Operations Associate to support daily retail supply location duties. You will help maintain the facility, manage inventory and product distribution, and assist in delivering items while keeping a high standard of customer service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in retail or inventory work, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You must lift 51–70 lbs, endure variable weather, and complete safety training and compliance

Qualifications

• Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1+ years of retail related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of basic business principals of inventory management and mechanics.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Frequently required to lift 51-70 lbs as needed.
• Frequently required to work in extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
• Frequently exposed to working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
• Will be required to work hours other than those considered “normal” to meet seasonal demands.
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
