AgVantage FS is seeking a motivated team member to support daily retail operations at the Maquoketa facility. You will help maintain the location, manage inventory, and deliver products as needed. This role emphasizes customer service and efficiency to meet seasonal demand.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in retail, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in extreme weather and job sites with dust, fumes, chemicals, or hazards.
• willingness to work non-standard hours to meet seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedule for facility and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and distribute products.
• Drive/deliver miscellaneous items as needed.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist both full-time and part-time staff.
• Support site safety, compliance, and image.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
