AgVantage FS in New Hampton, IA is seeking a Laborer, General (Seasonal) to assist in daily operations at the facility. The role involves maintaining operations, handling inventory, and supporting both full-time and part-time staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, delivering, and moving products, following safety protocols, and helping improve efficiency to reduce costs. Must be able to lift 51–70 lbs and operate in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year retail experience.
• Must be able to lift 51–70 lbs frequently.
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions and follow safety procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow the maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.
• Inventory and distribute products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain facility and equipment image.
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs to help meet goals.
• Collaborate with location manager on safety and compliance issues.
