Job summary

AgVantage FS is seeking a capable retail operations helper to assist in the daily functions of our location in Iowa. The role supports inventory, product distribution, and customer service while adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.

You will work with both full-time and part-time staff and may be asked to drive or run local errands as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of retail experience, with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of retail-related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates basic business principles of inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and material.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility and equipment image.
• Help achieve goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with location manager on safety and compliance.
