AgVantage FS is seeking a dependable operations coworker to support daily retail location duties in the Waverly, Iowa area. The role includes maintaining inventory, assisting with distribution, and driving as needed to deliver products.

You will work with the location team to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service, across varied weather and seasonal demands. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in retail settings, with the ability to lift 51–70 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail-related work experience for inventory knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs frequently.
• Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedules for facility and equipment.
• Manage inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Uphold safety, compliance, and image of the facility.
