What you'll be doing day to day

• Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
• Receive inbound goods and maintain inventory accuracy at the point of receipt.
• Move products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines with flexibility.
• Select goods for customers within the specified time frame, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
• Follow store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer procedures and inventory counts.
• Promote an environment that embodies IKEA’s culture, embracing diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-volume warehousing or receiving/replenishment roles.

Benefits Eligible: Yes
Hours: 12-20 hours/week, including overnight shifts on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 4:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Pay Range: $21.06 - $30.09 per hour.
