Payrate:

• Hourly pay rate: $29.50
• Shift differential: $0.25/hour for hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., provided at least four hours are worked during this period.

Position Details:

• This role is represented by a labor union.
• Schedule varies, with driving start times between 1:30 am - 5:30 am; warehouse shifts are typically at 6 am or 4 pm, depending on staffing needs.

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll stock trucks with our products, preparing for drivers. This hybrid role offers flexibility and variety throughout the year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure safety procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
• Complete daily activities, including customer invoicing, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams, participate in warehouse activities like unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
• Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• CDL-Class A license with at least one year of safe driving experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and pass relevant licensing requirements.
• Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
• Must pass drug, MVR, and background checks, including FMCSA's Clearinghouse registration.

What You'll Need:

• Follow schedules and instructions, record and report deliveries, and ensure safety.
• Use electronic devices for logging and deliveries.
• Be flexible with routes and work hours, and have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
