Pay Rate:
- Hourly pay rate: $29.50
- Shift differential: $0.25/hour for hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., provided, however, if four or more hours are worked between these times.
Position Details:
- This position is represented by a labor union.
- Schedule varies based on business needs, with driving start times between 1:30 am - 5:30 am; warehouse shifts may start at 6 am or 4 pm.

As a Driver, you'll play a vital role in delivering our products safely and efficiently. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for stocking trucks with products for drivers. This position offers flexibility to perform both roles at various times throughout the year based on needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and conduct safety checks on equipment.
- Complete daily activities such as preparing invoices, truck logs, and maintenance records.
- Perform duties as scheduled by Foreman and Supervisor.
- Coordinate with customers and receiving personnel, communicate needs to customer service.
- Participate in warehouse activities including unloading, stock counting, and order processing.
- Perform order picking, palletizing, and loading/unloading trucks.
- Maintain safety and quality checks on equipment.
- Accurately load products on trucks and maintain inventory.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of safe driving experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying.
- Pass relevant licensing, drug tests, MVR, and background checks.
- Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
- FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Follow schedules and instructions from management.
- Record and report deliveries and shipments accurately.
- Use electronic devices for logging and scanning.
- Be flexible with routes and working hours.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is preferred.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
