Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment across channels with 20-32 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

You will receive inbound goods, stock replenishment, and pick items for customers while operating forklifts and scanners. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and an inclusive IKEA culture, with a full benefits package for eligible co-workers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributes to fulfillment of customer orders across channels by ensuring accurate inventory and efficient replenishment.
• Receives inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Moves product to storage or floor locations and performs replenishment per merchandising guidance.
• Picks and packs goods for customers within required timeframes to ensure a great customer experience.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at the point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems.
• Contributing to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

The hourly pay range for this role is $21.93 - $30.98

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 21.93 USD to 30.98 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
