Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Merriam, KS is hiring a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across multiple sales channels. You will receive inbound goods, stock shelves, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure on-time delivery and a great in-store experience.

You will use scanners and inventory systems, handle powered equipment certification, and work nights and weekends as needed. Benefits include PTO and co-worker discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• PhysicalDemands: Lifting, pushing/pulling, transferring up to 50 lbs.
• Power mobile equipment certification preferred (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move product to final selling locations in storage or on the floor.
• Perform sales space replenishment per visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
• Handle goods including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking and loading.
• Operate scanner equipment and inventory management IT systems.
• Certify powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time (benefits eligible)

HOURS: 34–40 hrs/week (FT) — limited openings for each

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45

QUALIFICATIONS

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 25.45 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
