Job summary

Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Merriam, Kansas, is seeking a permanent, full-time Warehouse Associate to support multi-channel order fulfillment. The role focuses on product availability, accurate receiving, and high-quality customer service.

The position runs 34–40 hours weekly with night and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $19.96 to $25.45 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within IKEA’s global supply network.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying up to 50 lbs
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

What you'll be doing day to day

JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time (benefits eligible)

HOURS: 34–40 hrs/week (FT) — limited openings for each

SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45
