IKEA in Stoughton, MA is hiring for a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across sales channels. You will receive inbound goods, move products to storage or floor, replenish shelves, and pick customer orders to ensure a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities include operating scanners and inventory systems, certifying powered equipment like forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring.
• Power mobile equipment certification preferred.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

Hourly pay range for this role is $23.23-$32.82
