Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Fishers, IN is hiring for a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across channels. You will help ensure product availability, replenish shelves, and move goods from receiving to selling locations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires high-volume warehouse experience and forklift certification, with capabilities to operate scanners and IT inventory systems. Nights and weekends may be required; generous benefits apply.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in high volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders across sales channels in the retail store.
  • Ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
  • Receiving inbound goods and ensuring inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
  • Moving product to final selling location in storage or on the floor.
  • Performing sales space replenishment per visual merchandising guidance.
  • Selecting goods for customers within the agreed time frame to ensure great service.
  • Certifying powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Handling goods during unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in/out, picking, loading.
  • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
  • Supporting an IKEA culture that embraces diversity of co-workers and customers.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

  • Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.

  • Selecting goods for customers, within the agreed time frame, to secure an excellent customer experience.
  • Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
  • Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.

JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-Time

BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes

HOURS - HL3 (34-40 hrs/wk) Open availability required Monday-Sunday.

SHIFT: Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends.

The hourly pay for this role is $19.96 - $28.20

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 28.2 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
