IKEA in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across sales channels. You will receive inbound goods, stock, pick customer orders, and ensure inventory accuracy with scanners and IT systems. This role requires physical work and occasional night/weekend shifts.

Formación

• Two years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical demands: lifting, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in at least one power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack) preferred.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.
• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

• JOB TYPE: Permanent – Full-Time (benefits eligible)
• HOURS: 34–40 hrs/week (FT) — limited openings for each
• SHIFT: Retail Environment; must be able to work nights & weekends.

The pay range for this role is $19.96 to $25.45.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 19.96 USD to 25.45 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
