Job summary

IKEA is hiring a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment across channels in the retail store. You will ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment to delight customers.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and certification in power equipment preferred. Shifts include overnight hours and weekend availability; 20-34 hours per week; pay $24.72-33.19 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment.
• Physical Demands: lifting, pushing/pulling, sliding/transferring, carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, pallet jack) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receiving.
• Move products to final selling locations, storage or floor areas.
• Perform replenishment with guidance from visual merchandising.
• Pick and prepare customer orders within the timeframe to ensure a great customer experience.
• Operate scanner and inventory management tools.
• Certify powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

What you'll be doing day to day

Contributing to the fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels in the retail store by ensuring an efficiently executed product availability and replenishment process.

• Receiving inbound goods and ensures inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
• Moving product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
• Performing sales space replenishment with flexibility and according to visual merchandising guidance.
• Pick and preparing customer orders within the agreed timeframe to secure an excellent customer experience.
• Handling goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
• Operating scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems
• Certifying all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

JOB TYPE – Permanent

HOURS - 20-34 hours per week /Benefits Eligible

SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including weekends required; Shifts are overnight between the hours of 12:00am-10:30am; Work schedules are published one month in advance

The pay range for this role is $24.72-$33.19/hour

The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 10/4/26
