TruStone Financial Credit Union seeks a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve employee training across our Burnsville office. You will develop foundational and role-based programs, using multiple delivery methods, and ensure content aligns with current policies and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Finance or similar, or two years financial services leadership experience.
• Financial literacy knowledge; lending experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams preferred.
• Professional appearance and discretion.
• Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve employee training programs.
• Develop and facilitate foundational and role-based training using multiple delivery methods.
• Evaluate learner progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support training needs related to new systems, products, and process changes.
• Participate in testing and implementation efforts for changes.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with policies and organizational priorities.
