Job summary

TruStone Financial Credit Union in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continually improve employee training programs. You will develop foundational and role-based training and use various delivery methods to ensure content accuracy and policy alignment.

You will evaluate learner progress, report outcomes to stakeholders, and support training for new systems and processes, including testing and implementation, while maintaining a professional and collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Finance or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial literacy; lending knowledge and experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Ability to negotiate, facilitate and plan multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability.
• Must be well-organized, efficient, detail oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
