Job summary

POP MART is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to enhance the in-store customer experience at our Danbury locations. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, recommend POP MART products, and ring up purchases at the register.

You’ll help with stock, shipments, and store organization, while representing the POP MART brand with enthusiasm. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their shopping needs.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions using the POS system.
• Support shipping, stockroom organization, and shelf upkeep.
• Represent POP MART knowledgeably to customers.
