Job summary

POP MART, a leading global trend culture and entertainment company, is hiring Sales Associates to enhance in-store customer experience and drive sales. You will greet shoppers, share POP MART product knowledge, and help customers choose items while maintaining accurate checkout and stockroom processes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1+ year in retail, are confident in engaging customers, and can speak multiple languages.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs.
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information.
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions.
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions.
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom.
