POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at our Danbury Fair Mall location. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily store operations and visual merchandising.

The role requires 1+ year of retail experience with leadership or supervisory exposure, strong communication skills, and a passion for designer toys and pop culture. Availability for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience and willingness to lead by example.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and interest in pop culture.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and teamwork.
Ability to motivate others while maintaining a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and POS proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
Serve as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
Help achieve store KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and engagement.
Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain store standards; assist with merchandising and inventory.
