Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build authentic relationships with guests.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story and product knowledge.
• Educate customers on POP MART's collectible culture and product launches.
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain clean and organized store presentation and safe operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily sales and operational goals.
