Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic Sales Associates to create engaging in-store experiences and share the POP MART story with customers. You will help guests discover collectible art toys, provide personalized recommendations, and contribute to strong store performance.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and safe, welcoming store upkeep, while building genuine connections with shoppers and delivering memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Educate customers on POP MART products, collaborations, and memberships to drive sales.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions at the POS.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stocking, inventory accuracy, and stockroom organization.
• Maintain store presentation and safety on the sales floor and backroom.
• Collaborate with team to hit daily sales goals and participate in store events.
