Job summary

Family Dollar seeks a Third Keyholder to support store operations in Richmond Hill, GA. You will help customers, manage stock, and assist the Store Manager with daily activities while ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming store environment.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may involve lifting merchandise and standing for long periods. Prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives to others.
• Experience: Prefer management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• guide store team on operating practices and procedures.
• greet and assist customers, answer questions and resolve inquiries.
• handle customer concerns with focus on best interest of customer and company.
• increase sales through suggestive selling and promoting promos.
• keep store clean and well-stocked.
• maintain positive image with customers and community.
• accurately handle funds and process POS transactions.
• assist in unloading merchandise and stocking shelves.
• support asset protection with strong customer service.
• assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling in manager's absence.
• complete all training timely.
• follow company policies and procedures.
• perform other duties as assigned.
