Qualifications

• Associate degree or approved credits in Business Administration or related field required.
• One (1) year of retail, customer service or cash register experience required.
• Fully bilingual: English and Spanish (written and verbal) preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required. Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications such as Visio among others.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality and efficient services to customer base adhering to all procedures and practices.
• Promotes bank products and cross-sell opportunities to customers.
• Handles transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, payments, transfers, and cashier’s checks per policies.
• Keeps workstation prepared, maintains cash controls and adheres to cash limits.
• Balances cash fund at end of shift and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
