A leading digital solutions provider is looking for a Retail Technology Modernization Specialist in Washington, DC. This role involves evaluating and enhancing retail operational systems, including POS and self-service technologies, while developing modernization strategies tailored to operational needs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in high-volume retail or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with RSS, POS terminals, SSKs, mPOS devices.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate retail operational systems including POS terminals and kiosks.
• Document end-to-end operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop a technical modernization roadmap including equipment upgrades.
