Job summary

URBN is seeking a candidate to support retail technology projects, pilot programs, and QA/testing across store locations. You will help manage intake, organize requests, and maintain documentation for the Retail Technology team while collaborating with PM, development, and support to drive initiatives across URBN's brand portfolio.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Google Workspace, and a willingness to learn new testing processes and AI tools

Qualifications

  • Clear communication and proactive issue flagging.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, testing processes, and project tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Curiosity and creativity in applying AI tools to daily tasks.
  • Experience at URBN retail locations or other retailers is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support active retail technology projects and pilot programs.
  • Track project scope, timelines, and store-level feedback.
  • Assist with QA/testing for retail-facing applications during development cycles.
  • Help manage intake and organize incoming requests across the Retail Technology team's project queue.
  • Maintain and update documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge base articles used by support and store teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint reviews, with app development teams.
  • Collaborate with project management, application development, and support teams on initiatives affecting brand store locations.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and gain understanding of retail operations across URBN's brand portfolio.
