Responsibilities

• Support active retail technology projects and pilot programs—helping track scope, timelines, and store-level feedback.
• Assist with QA/testing for retail-facing applications during development cycles.
• Help manage intake and organize incoming requests across the Retail Technology team's project queue.
• Maintain and update documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge base articles used by support and store teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews) with app development teams.

This role blends hands‑on testing, documentation, and project coordination, giving exposure to how retail technology gets built, tested, and rolled out across URBN's brands. Along the way, the intern will build cross‑functional partnerships across teams and gain a broader understanding of how retail operations function across URBN's brand portfolio.
