Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior engineering leader to design, build, and deploy scalable systems while aligning technical direction with business goals. You will mentor staff engineers, drive architecture across the org, and optimize performance using AI tools, all while engaging with retail customers to understand workflows.

9+ years experience building and shipping production software to customers.
Experience with Java, Kotlin, or other object oriented programming languages.
