Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and level up your tech skills. You will troubleshoot phones and tablets, explain tech in simple terms, and contribute to a fast-paced in-person repair shop.

We offer weekend hours, paid time off, ongoing training, and a team-focused culture. You’ll manage store inventory, ship devices for same-day service, and promote protection plans while delivering friendly, reliable service to every guest.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.

Responsibilities
