Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow tech skills while earning.

This role offers starting pay of $15–$16.50 per hour plus a monthly store incentive, with ongoing training and a teamwork-driven culture.

You'll troubleshoot devices, explain tech simply, hit performance goals, manage inventory, and support the store's service operations on weekends.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience (preferred).
• Some knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
