Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is hiring a Retail Technician to repair devices and assist customers in our Dallas area store. You'll fix phones, explain tech simply, and engage customers while working toward performance goals and commissions.

This role includes ongoing training, paid time off, and a team-focused, inclusive culture. Flexible weekend hours and store incentives are available as you level up your skills.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Soldering or tech repair skills are a plus.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
