Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion in Franklin, TN is seeking a Retail Technician to repair devices, assist customers, and grow skills in a fast-paced store environment.

Starts at $15/hr with potential for incentives; includes health/dental/vision, life insurance, and paid time off. You will troubleshoot devices, talk tech clearly, meet goals, manage inventory, and support ongoing training while working weekends.

Qualifications

• 6–12+ months of retail, repair, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of smartphones/OS/hardware.
• Bonus points for soldering or tech repair skills.
• Friendly, organized, motivated team players.
